Return Window

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received them
• In their original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
